The bridging process only concerns users who hold on Ethereum mainnet (because they participated in the presale for example), as they need to bridge it to Arbitrum to be able to use it on the .
To use MNTE on Arbitrum you will need to enable the Arbitrum network on your wallet.
You do not have to create another wallet, you can simply switch Network on Metamask to see your balance on each network using the same public address.
